The Office for Harmonization in the Internal Market (OHIM) changed its name to the European Union Intellectual Property Office (EUIPO) with the entry into force of Regulation No 2015/2424 on 23rd March 2016. At the same time, the Community trade mark (CTM) became the European Union trade mark (EUTM).
